Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within Croatia via BoxNow, and to every other country in the European Union. If you're outside the EU and would love a piece, message us first and we'll see what we can arrange.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat rate, added as a separate line at checkout:

• Croatia: €2 via BoxNow.
• Rest of the European Union: €10.

You choose the one that matches your delivery address at checkout, so please pick the right one. If the wrong rate is selected we'll get in touch before your order goes out.

Dispatch time

Every piece is handmade and packed with care. We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. If a piece is made to order, it may take a little longer, and we'll let you know.

Delivery time

Once your order is on its way, delivery within Croatia usually takes a few business days via BoxNow. Elsewhere in the EU it typically takes about one to two weeks, depending on the country. Busy periods or holidays can add a little time.

In any case your order will reach you within 30 days of the day you ordered. If something goes badly wrong and we can't manage that, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

How your order is packed

Everything is wrapped by hand and packed to travel safely. If you think you might send something back, keep the packaging it arrived in: our Return Policy explains how that works.

Your details

We ship to the details you enter at checkout, so please double-check them. If something looks wrong after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll fix it if the parcel hasn't left yet.
